A complain letter from me to SBS!
On tuesday 5th of january, 2.20pm , i waited for bus 17 for 15min and when i board the bus i scanned my card on the card reader in the bus and it say pay cash , i was quite shocked when i just topped up 10 bucks yesterday and i just boarded 17 from downtown an hour ago. so iasked the bus driver why my card is unavalible? he just replied me , your card is already expired . And i told him i just used it an hour ago, he just keep replying me, my card has expired to me and another 2 secondary student which have the same problem. i was quite annoyed as i dont have any coins and i left the bus, and i have to walk to the nearest minimart to get a drink to get coins for the next bus 17 . and i have to wait for another 15min , when the bus arrived , i tried my card again to confirm whether my card is expired , but it works, I am quite angry now as i wasted around 45min and a drink money get to my destination, and furthermore i was late meeting a client and i had to apologize to them. I hope this technical problem wont happen again.
