Shld i thank Marigold? lol...found out that during weight taking in gym i lost 1kg...hmm...
so yeah ! today finally resumed gym...kinda suay? few young punks drinking those body building formula drinks....and scatter their bags all over...and phone keep ringing in the gym...! kinda pek chek when i was doing my workout....
and
got 2 middle age man....acting like kids....doing wat muey thai moves in the gym like faggots....after that they keep chatting in the gym and did nothing....taking up the space in the gym and disturbing ppl who are gyming....
what to do...i'm in Singapore ma :X
gotta accept facts :D
